Call our toll free number 1-877-616-PAWS anytime between 10am-5pm MST. Please have your order form complete and your credit card information ready. We will glady confirm availability and advise you of delivery dates.

Our fax line is conveniently open 24 hours a day, 970-925-5964. Please complete the order form and include our credit card information and a daytime phone number where we can reach you.

DELIVERY
We normally ship ground service and most goods will arrive within 5-8 days from the shipping date. Delivery charges for most items are based on the total dollar amount as listed on the order frorm. Items ordered at the same time are not always shipped together. Furniture, personalized items and merchandise sent to you from the manufacturer may take longer. You will be notified of any delay. Two Day and Next Day delivery are available for $15 and $20, respectively, in addition to the normal charges shown. We're sorry we cannot ship furniture or certain oversize items Next Day delivery.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Having a hard time picking the perfect present? Give a CB Paws Gift Certificate. Available in any denomination, plus $4 for shipping and handling.

GIFT ORDERS
We're happy to include a gift card with your special message at no additional charge. For just $4 each, we will send your items gift wrapped with a ribbon. Please use the Gift Section on the front of the order form. Gift wrap is not available for some large items, or items shipped directly from the supplier.

SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on merchandise delivered to Colorado. Please add the appropriate amount to the subtotal on the order from.
